The Hyatt Place Hotel (Georgetown) is its first investment outside of Trinidad and Tobago, Set on a sprawling three acres of land, the Hyatt Place Hotel is poised to offer a wide range of standard amenities designed to cater to diverse guest needs. These include different guest room options, with a particular focus on accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The Hyatt Place Hotel (Georgetown)  project is part of a broader wave of development in Guyana’s hospitality sector. It joins other significant hotel projects in the area, such as the US$20 million Marriott-branded hotel currently under construction at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA).

These investments outside of Central Georgetown are reshaping the region’s hospitality landscape and are set to enhance Guyana’s attractiveness as a destination for both business and leisure travellers.
